HR Manager


As an HR manager, you will have the following tasks, among others:
  • Professional and operative-disciplinary management of the HR team, professional support
  • Introducing a new HR system
  • Development of internal processes, updating regulations
  • Taking part in different projects, e.g. digitization of HR processes, support the production in switching to the business unit
  • Coordinating the globalization of the HR organization, process transformation
  • Participation in global projects, implementing the intitiatives in teams



  • College or University degree in HR or economy field
  • 5-8 years of relevant professional experience in an
    international company (operating with a matrix structure)
  • 3-5 years leadership experience (disciplinary and/or functional leadership)
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Good project management knowledge
  • Minimum intermediate level skills in Microsoft Word,
    Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of social media tools
  • Ability to strategic thinking and proactive, customer- and target-oriented personality
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict handling skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
