Our client, one of the largest life insurance companies in Hungary, is seeking an HR Manager.

The role involves leading a team and serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background, knowledge of Hungarian labour law, and a willingness to streamline processes.

Feladatok

Your main tasks will include

- Facilitating collaboration among teams,

- Leading the transformation of the business to ensure compliance with company guidelines,

- Inspiring and supporting the team to achieve their best,

- Enhancing productivity and efficiency.

 

Succeeding in this role requires forward thinking, experimentation and the ability to link vision, strategy and operations while leading people through change. 

Követelmények

- At least 7 years of professional experience in HR field, preffered in SSC 

- People management experience

- Advanced knowledge of Hungarian Labor Law

- Additional experience in: change management, process improvements

- Excellent fluency in both written and verbal English

- Knowledge base defining training and development plans
