• 1-2 years of experience in the field of HR administration and operation
• Proficiency in excel
• Strong analytical skill
• Bachelor's degree
• Fluent English is a must and Italian is a nice to have
• Precision, top administration skills
• HR SSC experience is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Hungarian Labor Law
• MS Office Knowledge
• Experience with Service Now is an advantage
• Excellent communication and organizing skills
• Strong customer-focused attitude

• Experience with HR SAP and Success Factor is an advantage
