Internal Control Expert

Feladatok

  • Coordinate and improve the Internal Control System (ICS) through collaboration with cross-functional teams, acting as the main liaison for the company and overseeing all control activities related to SCE's client services.
  • Conduct testing of the ICS, ensuring adherence to established protocols and identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Manage the ICS framework, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Assist in implementing remedial actions to address identified control deficiencies and streamline local processes, with a goal of increasing automation and efficiency.
  • Provide reports and updates to regional management on ICS testing outcomes and necessary support for implementing remedial actions.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize the local ICS, with a focus on improving transparency and effectiveness.

Követelmények

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Audit, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Internal Controls
  • Proven track record in process improvement, automation, and enhancing business results
  • Ability to simplify complex processes and automate where possible to eliminate non-value-added work
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication in English
