Internal sourcing recruiter with French/Dutch/German/Spanish/ language knowledge

Feladatok

As a Sourcing recruiter, you’ll play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and delivering top candidates for hiring needs across Europe. You’ll work closely with recruitment teams to attract, engage, and connect the best talent to exciting career opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

✔ Source and engage top candidates using various tools (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)

✔ Prescreen candidates (verbally), align candidate expectations with job levels & salary bands

Work closely with European recruitment teams to ensure hiring success

✔  Ensure high-quality candidate submissions and efficient sourcing processes

✔ Track sourcing progress and schedule interviews for candidates for HR and Hiring Manager interview

✔ In case of successful recruitment process managing written offers to candidates

✔  Develop and manage a talent pool for current & future hiring needs

✔ Conduct market research & competitor analysis to stay ahead in the recruitment space

Követelmények

 Fluency in Spanish / French / Dutch / German /Italian + English (both written & spoken)
1-3 years of experience in sourcing/recruitment (agency or in-house)
Proactive & results-driven – a go-getter attitude is key!
✅ Experience in high-volume recruitment & dynamic environments
Tech-savvy – LinkedIn Recruiter & Workday experience is a plus
Strong team player – collaboration & support are part of our culture
