IT Project Manager (Automotive Retail)
Tasks
STRATEGY
- Contribute to and execute a digital strategy aligned with the company’s goals, ensuring efficiency enhancement and enabling new business growth.
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of Retail Business Unit -wide digital solutions and projects to support business objectives.
PROFESSIONAL TASKS
- Tailor and present key messages and updates to multiple stakeholders.
- Planning, designing processes, projects to ensure future-proof operation.
- Documentation of project progress.
- Ensure the implemented solution is fully integrated with other business systems.
- Organize and deliver user training sessions to ensure employees are fully equipped to use the implemented solution effectively.
- Monitor the implemented solution performance, identify areas for improvement, and work with technical teams.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Be responsible of ensuring smooth cooperation within the business unit and subsidiaries to ensure the achievement of Group goals.
- Managing and coaching colleagues within the relevant project team.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for solution design, deployment and enhancements.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
COST MANAGEMENT
- Manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and cost constraints.
- Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines and business objectives.
CUSTOMER RELATIONS
- Keep in contact with subsidiaries.
Requirements
EDUCATION
- Bachelor / Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or IT.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- 3-5+ years of experience managing complex digital and business transformation projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end implementation projects, from initial planning to post-deployment support.
- Experience in projects that use lean, BPR agile and service design methodologies.
- Experience in automotive operation is an advantage (e.g. in dealers or in importers).
- Experience in sales and aftersales activities is an advantage.
- Experience with data migration, system integration, and change management.
LANGUAGE KNOWLEDGE
- Proficient level of English.
