For our client, operating in the automotive industry we are looking for an IT Service Desk Coordinator to join their IT Support Team.
IT Service Desk Coordinator

Assist users with hardware and software issues;
Troubleshoot problems with computers, peripherals (e.g.: printers), mobile devices, and other technology products;
Perform routine maintenance on IT systems to ensure they are functioning optimally;
Install and update software applications;
Replace or upgrade hardware components;
Manage network accounts and security group permissions
Conduct regular security audits and take steps to remediate vulnerabilities
Monitor network performance, ensure network security, resolve problems related to local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN)
Educate staff about proper use of IT resources and security best practices, provide training for new software or hardware deployed within the organization
Administer the Dealer Portal and act as a 2nd level support for dealer end users

1-3 years of relevant work experience
Education specialized in IT
Confident verbal and written communication skills in English
