Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from Italian-speaking customers.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, troubleshooting, and general support.
  • Process transactions, documentation, and other customer-related tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow company guidelines and policies to ensure quality service.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Provide feedback on customer concerns to improve products/services.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Italian (both written and spoken).
  • Good command of English (for internal communication).
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls and work under pressure.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
