• 2+ years of experience working within an operations team of a large complex multinational environment (Financial Services preferred)
• Relevant experience as DevOps Expert working with GCP Solutions
• Awareness of ITSM frameworks (Support, Delivery and Implementation)
• Understanding of Identity and Access Management principles and tools
• An understanding of role-based access controls and organizational hierarchies proactively identify manual activates to feed into service improvements (Automation)
• Experience in dealing with multiple support groups that contribute to a service
• Experience with Firewalls and IT security
• Basic understanding and experience with ITSM systems
• Experience with networks (OSI layers, TCP/IP, Routes, VPN)
• Experience with installing, and configuring Linux based environments (RHEL)
• Experience with DevOps tools
