Our multinational partner is currently looking for a Junior Customer Service specialist to join their extensively growing team.

Junior Customer Service Specialist - German speaking

Tasks

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate order processing, delivery tracking, and issue resolution to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in internal systems
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, sales) to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor open cases and follow up proactively to ensure resolution and continuous service excellence

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0–3 years of experience in customer service or in  related field
  • Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
  • Confident and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce is an advantage
