Junior solution manager

Responsibilities:

• Perform Market Analysis and suggest the Sales strategy/Product roadmap
• Product planning, analyze Technical demand/Product function/License
• Analyze the Development trend of solar inverter market
• Competitors’ strategy/operation Analysis
• Technical solution verification with customer & solution optimization to ensure the leading edge
• Execution of internal process by following SOP
• Support project bidding by preparing BOM/quotation
• Track purchase orders, maintain project documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technologies, Mechanical Engineering, Automatic Control Engineering, Photovoltaics and Renewable Energy or similar domain in Technical position in Solar Energy industry
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and strong communication skills
• Master the basic theory & knowledge of Solar Inverter technology
• Inverter Sales or Electrical Engineering background is preferred
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and PV System
• Excellence in MS Office/AutoCAD
• Good command of English & Croatian
• Business traveling will be required
