Our client is a facility management partner looking for a Key Account Manager to join their team.
Key Account Manager

Lead a team of service supervisors, overseeing shift planning, attendance, holidays, overtime, sickness, and recruitment, collaborating with HR on personnel matters
Identify new sales opportunities, calculate and prepare price offers, and sell them to the client
Manage health, safety, and environmental aspects, cooperating with the HSE manager and ensuring compliance
Manage the budget, presenting monthly operational and financial results, identifying and addressing performance gaps
Approve purchase orders and participate in supplier evaluations led by the procurement department
Manage quality inspections and service quality KPIs as per the customer contract
Regularly evaluate subordinate performance and foster communication and feedback within the team
Utilize account management systems
Követelmények
University degree - in the technical or economic field
3+ years of experience managing large teams of blue-collar workers
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry (production or maintenance management preferred)
Experience with facility management systems
Driver's license (B)
Good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
Good communication and organizational skills
Proactive and responsible
Strong negotiation skills
Effective communication and time management
