Mainframe System Administrator (Outputmanagement) (REF3326A)
Your taks:
- Installation, administration and supervising of Scheduling-, Job- & Outputmanagement-products on platform Mainframe.
- proactive monitoring of productive Scheduling-, Job- and Outputmanagement-products.
- 2nd/3rd level technical support with involvement of last-level support (vendor).
- Operation planning, installation, execution of tests, implementation, documentation and maintenance of Scheduling-, Job- and Outputmanagement-software.
- Automation of operational workflows, Coordination of updates (releases) with the relevant departments
- Standardization of existing installations.
- Realization of individual solutions.
- Participation in on call service.
- Collaboration on internal and customer-projects.
- Conception and realization of application-specific requirements in cooperation with customers.
- Incident/Problem/Change management
- Compliance oft the agreed SLAs
- Regular contact with German and other international customers and colleagues
Your skills:
- Several years of IT-experiance on platform Mainframe, ideally in Deutsche Telekom / T-Systems.
- Strong z/OS system and subsystem knowledge TSO, ISPF, JCL, SMP/E, ISPF, SDSF, CLIST, REXX.
- Good knowledge in Scheduling, Job- and Outputmanagement-products IBM IWS, BMC CONTROL-M/-D, CA Workload Automation.
- Basic knowledge in project management.
- Good knowledge and practical experiance in realization of ITIL-processes (Incident-, Change- and Problem-Management).
- Business language skills in English (level C1)
- Communication and presentation skills
- Team-minded/collaborative
- Willingness to work independently, reliability, flexibility
- Practical experience in PC applications (Microsoft Office, Service Now).
