In Szigetszentmiklós, we are looking for a new colleague, for the following position: ORDER MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR (SALES AND SHIPPING SUPPORT TEAM)

In this position you will be part of a global team of order managers for customer support, reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor.

Order Management Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be the voice of the customer within Supply Chain.
  • Create shipments, be responsible for outgoing order processing, including generating deliveries
  • Follow up on delivery dates, analyze back order lines
  • Fix incomplete orders
  • Handling requests from sales companies via Salesforce & by phone (availability check, changes to orders etc.)
  • Monitor orders of phased-out items (cancel and notify sales companies if demand cannot be fulfilled)
  • Gather and forward all the necessary documents for non-SAP using oversea markets (invoices, Bill of Lading, Booking Confirmation, etc.)
  • Work closely with other departments: Warehouse, Transport, Planning, Product Management, etc.
  • Regular meetings with the markets
  • Any other ad hoc customer service activities

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Work experience within logistics or international trade
  • Customer service experience
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
  • SAP experience (preferable)
  • Microsoft Office

  • Understand sense of urgency (escalate when necessary)
