P2P Manager

Feladatok

• Lead and manage the P2P accounting team, setting goals and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Monitor and report on team performance using KPIs.
• Oversee monthly closing controls, reconciliations, and troubleshoot complex cases.
• Support the design and implementation of new processes and projects.
• Facilitate the training and onboarding of new team members.
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders for effective issue resolution.
• Participate in audits and preparation of reports and performance reviews.

Elvárások

• Degree in finance or economics; IFRS knowledge is an advantage.
• Proven leadership experience in the accounting field.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken; additional language is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and motivational skills.
• Experience in team performance tracking, process standardization, and talent engagement.
