Leading the accounting team, communicating goals and deadlines.
Monitoring team performance and reporting on KPIs.
Ensuring monthly closing controls and reconciliations.
Handling problematic transactions or cases and overseeing processes.
Supporting and testing the implementation of new projects and processes.
Participating in the selection, training, and motivation of team members.
Contributing to audits and report preparation.
Elvárások
Degree in finance or economics, IFRS knowledge is a plus.
Leadership experience in the accounting field.
Strong written and spoken English skills, additional language is an advantage.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, motivational skills.
