Payroll Specialist

Manage international payrolls with outsourced providers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Process and validate payroll data, including off-cycle payments and mass uploads.
Verify timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies with managers and employees.
Maintain data integrity across HR and payroll systems, identifying and correcting errors.
Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and global standards.
Monitor regulatory and financial changes, adapting payroll processes accordingly.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports, tax year-end documents, and related materials.
Drive payroll projects, including vendor transitions, system integrations, and automation.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Align payroll processes with both customer and regulatory needs.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Payroll Shared Services for seamless operations.
Manage payroll queries and resolve issues with root cause analysis.
Participate in vendor and internal process improvements.
Track KPIs, SLAs, and ensure timely payroll reporting.
Követelmények
Strong understanding of core payroll management and processes.
3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
Passion for payroll and proficiency in payroll-related technology and processes.
Previous experience in payroll operations and familiarity with Workday (or other enterprise HR systems) is a strong advantage.
Strong communication skills with high proficiency in English.
Proactive problem-solving and ownership of tasks.
Proficient use of MS Excel.
