Feladatok

We are seeking a Payroll Team Leader with a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience and a strong background in Hungarian payroll to join our Partner’s HR Service Center in Budapest. In this role, you will lead a team of HR Specialists, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations across all Hungarian locations.

Main Tasks

• Coordinate, lead, and motivate the payroll team to deliver high-quality HR services.
• Ensure compliance with national regulations, standards, and SLAs.
• Organize and allocate tasks within the team, monitoring KPIs.
• Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of payroll documentation and processes.
• Prepare and process required data, reports, statistics, and presentations, primarily in English.
• Manage team development, including coaching, retention, talent management, recruitment, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain active communication with country stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction and address any escalations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in team leadership and Hungarian payroll operations.
• Experience working in a multinational environment.
• Strong people management skills combined with a service-oriented mindset.
• Analytical, self-organized, and well-structured personality.
• Proficiency in both Hungarian and English (written and spoken).
