Prototype Project Manager
Feladatok
Responsibility for building required sample stages in product development and model maintenance projects
Ensuring compliance with quality, cost and time objectives and prioritization
Communication, testing, development and implementation of solutions in case of deviations
Creation and follow-up of sample stage-built plans and ensuring timely ordering
Coordinate the procurement of sample parts with the departments involved
Planning and implementation of measures to ensure that the model stage specification and quality meet the defined requirements
Moderation of regular workshop rounds
Tailoring of initial-set-up checklists and ensuring their implementation before validation start
Optimize processes and tool selection to create efficient sample stages
Harmonization of activities and capacities in coordination with other sample stage responsible
Planning and tracking of parts for prototyping in production
Követelmények
BSc or master’s in engineering
Professional experience in the field of harvesting machines, especially headers for combine harvesters
Many years of practical experience in the field of development, after-sales service, or production in an international company
Project management experience and knowledge of development processes
Good IT knowledge, especially SAP experience
Fluent and confident English knowledge
High level of flexibility, resilience, and ability to deal with conflict
Reliable appearance, strong communication and team skills
Analytical and solution-oriented thinking as well as goal-oriented, independent and systematic working
Flexibility and readiness for occasional business trips
