Responsibilities
· Manage EMS Supplier companies to get the Huawei quality requirements understood and satisfied
· Monitor the quality performance of EMS Supplier companies to ensure their stable quality performance
· Identify the change of the business and plan the quality assurance process and requirements
· Execute quality audits to assess EMS Supplier sites and drive their continuous improvement
· Review, analyze and improve production and customer complained problems
· Co-work with other functional departments to improve the quality continuously
Requirements
· More than 3 years of related work experience at multinational manufacturing company in relevant industries
· Good communication, presentation skills in English and Hungarian
· Quality Cost improvement
· ISO9001/TL9000 knowledge, audit experience
· Good communication, presentation skills in English and Hungarian
· Good analytical and interpersonal skills, ability to manage and positively resolve conflict
· Act on own initiatives, be highly motivated and reliable, be able to take high responsibility
· Can work under pressure
