Regulatory Packaging Design Manager

We are counting on You:

You will be responsible for managing one of the Regulatory sub-department called Packaging Design on the new product application and maintenance processes for parallel trading. You will proactively lead fifty colleagues in three teams in cooperation with the three deputy managers to create packaging for printing houses based on artwork for medicines and product samples for submission files. You will be also the bridge between your teams and our management with the focus on change management.

• Support the Regulatory and Product Development Management with strategy implementation to ensure quality and meet stakeholder expectations;
• Continuous development of the Packaging Design function and procedures;
• Ensure a close and efficient collaboration between the team of packaging designers and officers;
• Act as primary contact to our global organization in case of Packaging Design related cases;
• Provide packaging design expertise through an in-depth understanding and experience;
• Participate in the change management of increasing efficiency in packaging activities;
• Keep up to date with internal and external expectations;
• Take the responsibility of internal procedures and managing improvements;
• Responsible for KPIs and department capacity management;
• Focus on employee satisfaction.

We are looking for You if:

• Have proven experience in a similar or relevant role;
• Have experience in packaging creation and/or work within printing houses;
• Are educated to degree level: a bachelor's degree;
• Have 5+ years' experience in leader position;
• Fluent in English (written and verbal communication skills);
• Fluent in Hungarian (written and verbal communication skills;
• Are very structured.

Your work schedule:

• Full-time, flexible;
• 5 working days from Monday to Friday;
• Minimum of 3 office days.
