Sales and Business Administration Associate

 

 

WHAT WILL EXPECT YOU IN THIS ROLE?

• Keep contact with business partners/customers, provide product information to them

• Support offer preparation and tender participation, handling orders and related administration tasks in our ERP system (IFS)

• Perform back office tasks including customer correspondence, price list maintenance and report preparation

• Handle shipments and invoicing

• Marketing support – working with our external partner on the field, linkedin & website, promotional gifts

• Organizing exhibitions and events

• Coordinating travel and accommodations

• Collect & analyze all customer feedbacks, requirements and problems

• Cooperate with other departments (technical, financial, logistical etc.)

 

YOU ARE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR OUR TEAM IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

• University degree or equivalent (fresh graduates are also welcome)

• Service minded with great interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hungarian

• Effective with Office365 programs (excel, word, ppt) and web/LinkedIn/Facebook platforms

• Clear customer focus and result orientation

• Handles various administrative commercial and communicational tasks effecively & precisely

• Cheerfull & Team member attitude

 

ADVANTAGES:

• Managed Marketing task before, 

• Knowledge of graphic design software (Photoshop, Affinity),

• Technical background or interest, 

• Experience in Customs administration or Procurement procedures

• Additional language(s)
