As a Senior Business Analyst in the IT software development team, you will take charge of the demand management process, ensuring it runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll be the main point of contact for customer requests, working closely with solution teams to drive projects forward. You’ll also regularly provide updates and evaluate both internal and external solutions to meet customer requirements.

• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, demand management, or project management.
• Proficient in both German and English, as daily communication will require both languages.
• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Background in Telecom, IT, or software development environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Waterfall processes.
• Technical knowledge of tools like Salesforce and JIRA.
