Senior Business Analyst (REF3229P)
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer to strengthen our team in implementing a data space platform. Your focus will be gathering and specifying requirements for business process implementation, working closely with EU Commission representatives, software developers, and architects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage and align requirements in an agile environment, creating user stories in Jira
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to analyze and document business requirements for data spaces
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to achieve project objectives
- Provide ongoing project support and maintain comprehensive documentation in Jira and Confluence
- Ensure solutions meet specified requirements, working closely with QA teams
Qualifications
- 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer with strong knowledge of data spaces (e.g., Gaia-X, EDC)
- English proficiency
- Experience in regulated, public, or EU-driven environments
- Knowledge of Java, BPMN 2.0, UML, agile development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Experience managing requirements analysis in an agile context
- Experience with Gitlab, Confluence, Jira
