Payment Management: Review payment basis, audit completion, and correctness. Maintain a payment ledger.
Change Management: Review and assess the reasonableness of changes. Track change quantities, unit prices, and total amounts. Recover costs where applicable.
Cost Consultant Oversight: Guide and supervise consultants, review their work, and accumulate data on their results.
Completion Settlement: Review completion materials, prepare approval forms, and update project cost data monthly for closure of contracts.
