• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, operations, or supply chain management
• At least 6-8 years of work experience in direct sourcing, preferably in mechanics and/or electronics
• Negotiation level of English (verbal and written)
• Excellent category-specific sourcing and management skills in Direct (mechanical and/or electronics) key spend portfolios
• Strong experience in multi-stage strategic sourcing and strategies, supplier management, contract negotiations 
• Technical project management skills and capabilities (Gantt charts, dashboards, key results, case development)
• Excellent communication skills, structuring ideas clearly with technical and functional partners 
• Influential business leader, establishing relationships across functions
• Strong customer service orientation
• Attention to detail aligned with high standards of quality and excellence
