Senior People Operations Specialist
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- In close collaboration with supported functional areas and key business stakeholders, proactively identifies training needs and areas for improvement.
- Facilitate process improvement and assist business owners in improving existing process performance through analysis, experience, and employee input in a project environment.
- Support Quality & Risk Management, Measurement & Reporting needs
- Ensure that teams are following documented processes and to enforce best practices.
- Ensure data was accurately collected and documented.
- Looks for continuous improvement in the team members skills and to enhance the quality of our products.
- Build knowledge repository's, update, and improve processes.
- Management of external auditing processes and staff
- Coaches team members and provides training to employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle Employee, Manager and HR inquiries
- Investigate on requests which cannot be resolved by analysing the nature of the request, and route them to the appropriate HR colleagues, maintain customer contact until request is resolved
- Follow up on resolution and inform customer on status
- Prioritize and solve issues in the spirit of Employee Experience
- Comply with policies and procedures and service levels
- Share knowledge and best practices within People Operations team
- Track customer queries according to standard operating procedures in Workday Help and produce reports if needed
- Review and ensure regular maintenance and update of SOPs in scope
- Run and create reports
- Provide input and support to build and maintain our Knowledge Base
- Identify opportunities for improvement, standardization
- Execute assigned project activities (e.g. Workday Help, Workday etc)
- Execute assigned People Operations’ activities
REQUIRED SKILLS / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field with at least 2 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
- Practical understanding of HR laws, regulations, and requirements.
- Experience with HRIS system and Microsoft 365.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively manage benefits information and educated employees.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred

• Minimum 1-year global project support experience related to HR Technology
• Experience in working with service experience platforms and knowledge bases such as ServiceNow, Workday Help or similar is an advantage
• Experience with HR Technology, Workday a plus
• Ideally experience working across multiple HR domains
