Contact Center Operator - French speaking
Tasks
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing information and troubleshooting support for customer issues.
- Arranging collections with various courier systems.
- Providing guidance to customers and escalating complex inquiries to the next level of support.
- Adhering to quality guidelines and processes for assigned work procedures.
- Using, updating, and maintaining applicable case management systems.
- Maintaining regular contact with country or area sales managers to discuss open topics and obtain market feedback.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or similar field is an advantage but we also welcome entry-level or career changer candidates
- Fluent French and middle level English knowledge
- Highly customer focused attitude
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Excellent organizational skills and good attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
