Lead the day-to-day operations of access certification campaigns to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established information security policies, controls, and standards.
Manage the backlog of applications and entitlements to be onboarded into the enterprise access life-cycle management system (SailPoint).
Serve as a direct-line supervisor for the staff, aligning its capabilities with business and technology team requirements.
Lead identity metrics and analytics of access certification campaigns and applications onboarded into SailPoint.
Partner with business unit and technical teams to gather requirements.
Partner with internal and external Audit teams to gather supporting evidence for various regulatory and audit requests.
Ensure processes and procedures are documented in formal SOP documents and updated on a regular basis.
Assist in implementing new processes and procedures to mature the entitlement review program across Aegon.
Develops periodic goals, organizes work, sets short-term priorities, monitors all activities, and ensures timely and accurate completion of all work.
Qualifications
8+ years within Identity Access Management, and a proven track record of leading large-scale projects
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
Understanding of identity governance and administration concepts and industry best practices
Ability to develop and maintain internal and external business relationships to achieve project goals
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience with an industry-leading access life-cycle management tool (SailPoint)
Knowledge of information security risk and controls
