Our multinational partner is currently looking for an Advanced RTR Accountant to join their extensively growing team.

Experienced RTR Accountant

perform assigned RTR accounting activities, including period closing, reconciliations, reporting and deliver assigned tasks as per scheduled timeline,
participate in process-transition, prepare and update process descriptions, in regards of assigned new activities,
proactively participate in process enhancement and standardization,
be first point of contact for Local Finance Team for the assigned Business Units,
negotiate and proactively drive status reviews with stakeholder and peer departments,
drive issue resolution,
support Audit requests

bachelor degree, preferably in the field of finance and accounting
min. 4-5 years of RTR accounting experience
fluency in English both written and verbal (Italian, French or German language knowledge is a plus)
solid accounting knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel
prior experience in host and lead calls across departments in a multicultural SSC environment
travel occasionally within Europe for trainings and transition purpose
self-starter attitude and high attention to details
IFRS and SAP user knowledge is a big plus
