• Focusing on the transactional success for the order entry and it’s quality 
• Managing orders for a specific region, via various ordering channels: electronic data interchange (EDI), Esker (optical character read tool), on-line (web orders), punchout, customer specific ordering platforms 
• Contribute in identifying and implementing process improvements, enhance customer experience through accuracy and responsiveness, hit targets set for service level agreements, and minimize audit risk exposure

• Excellent communication skills in English AND German
• Strong customer services/order management experience within a fast paced, corporate environment  

• Experience in a customer facing role or order processing  
• Good MS Office skills  
• Knowledge of SFDC and SAP desired  
• Accurate and fast data entry skills  
• Excellent telephone manner  

• Excellent organization skills
