German Speaking Recruiter
Tasks
lead and execute full-cycle recruitment processes,
performing initial screening telephone interviews and conducting interviews,
collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand workforce planning and recruitment needs across different business units,
utilize innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier talent for a variety of roles,
analyze recruitment metrics and data to drive continuous improvement and deliver insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
a University or College degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar field of studies,
minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and engaging candidates,
fluent in both German and English,
proven track record of successfully recruiting for various positions in a fast-paced environment,
interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
