GL Accountant

Feladatok

  • Compile monthly close entries in NetSuite for subsequent review and approval by the Accounting Manager
  • Complete monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts utilizing Blackline reconciliation and matching software
  • Handle various responsibilities, including but not limited to managing cash, prepaid expenses, and accruals
  • Aid in the preparation and examination of financial statements for the Board of Directors, along with conducting monthly variance analyses.
  • Evaluate expenses to ensure accurate recording every month
  • Collaborate with our tax advisors and Controller on various tax and compliance matters
  • Contribute to annual audit requests as needed
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Követelmények

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant area
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting or similar role
  • Demonstrates the ability to multitask, meet assigned deadlines, and exhibit a highly detail-oriented and organized approach to work
  • Strong communication skills
  • NetSuite and/or Blackline experience is a plus (but not required)
  • Comfortable user of MS Exccel (including pivot tables and and basic functions like vlookup, sumif etc.)
  • Previous SSC experience is a plus
  • Capable of working cooperatively and collaboratively across functions, engaging with employees at all levels, management, and external advisors to enhance performance, foster creativity, address problem-solving, and deliver results
