HR Admin Specialist
Tasks
The HR Admin Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the new plant's operations, focusing primarily on HR administration and general office management.
HR Administration & Compliance:
- Assist in handling employee visa, residence permit, social security, and personal income tax (PIT) procedures.
- Coordinate the employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
General Administration:
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as processing financial reimbursements, document filing, and contract management.
- Support general logistics and office management.
- Manage procurement for office supplies and facility-related matters.
Ad-hoc Support:
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge and understanding of human resources and administrative procedures.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, is essential for communication with international colleagues (knowledge of Hungarian or Mandarin is a significant advantage).
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and excellent attention to detail.
