Our partner, who is a global leader dealing with engineering technology, is looking for a dedicated and organized HR Admin Specialist to join their pioneering team at Nyíregyháza.

HR Admin Specialist

Tasks

The HR Admin Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the new plant's operations, focusing primarily on HR administration and general office management.

HR Administration & Compliance:

  • Assist in handling employee visa, residence permit, social security, and personal income tax (PIT) procedures.
  • Coordinate the employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

General Administration:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks such as processing financial reimbursements, document filing, and contract management.
  • Support general logistics and office management.
  • Manage procurement for office supplies and facility-related matters.

Ad-hoc Support:

  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of human resources and administrative procedures.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken, is essential for communication with international colleagues (knowledge of Hungarian or Mandarin is a significant advantage).
  • Strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and excellent attention to detail.
