Our partner is a technology innovator with an ambitious mission to revolutionise video advertising. They are currently seeking a new HR generalist.

The company works with brands, agencies,and all media destinations simplifying the process for every team that is involved in ad campaigns from start to finish.

HR generalist (with recruitment focus)

Feladatok

  • Recruitment & Onboarding - Prepare and manage recruitment processes including the onboarding and offboarding.
  • Policies and Process Optimization - Provide support to the company including on various employment law issues. Knowledge of the Hungarian and the global labor law system is a strong advantage.
  • Employee Relations - Manage all aspects of HR function throughout the whole lifecycle of employees.
  • Performance review process - Coach managers and work with employees on career guidance and growth.
  • Compensation, benefits management and administration - Work on salary and benefits management and administration.
  • Learning & Development - Manage the internal training programs.
  • HR administration and systems compliance - Ensure the HR system and HR policies are up to date and accurate.

Követelmények

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • Min. 3-5 years of experience as an HR generalist or similar role
  • Excellent (oral and written) knowledge of English is a must!
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Team player but also has the ability to work independently
  • Multi-tasking and proactive personality
