Internal Controlling Systems Manager

Feladatok

 

  • Coordination and continuous improvement of the internal control environment in all companies, globally
  • Implementation of various projects and initiatives to comprehensively optimize ICS system and support other functions at headquarters and local ICS operations
  • Carrying out (quality) reviews of process/control documentation
  • Tracking of ICS deficiencies and plans to rectify them
  • Training of local ICS managers
  • Reporting and follow-up reporting to the management boards
  • Promote and support process efficiency (e.g. process mining)
  • Supporting the local ICS processes
  • Documentation of local processes and controls
  • Testing the design and effectiveness of controls
  • Developing and implementing plans to address
    identified deficiencies
  • Exchange of best practices between business units / companies
  • Managemen of cross-functional initiatives (e.g. simplification)
  • Implementation and monitoring of internal guidelines (subcontractor regulations, external personnel)
  • Monitoring the timely and complete implementation of the ICS measures
  • Participation in (shared review with internal audit team members) and support during internal audits, mainly focusing on ICS related topics (i.e. RCM implementations)

 

Követelmények

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting/Audit/Finance or similar field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience within Internal Audit/Internal Controls or business
    processes (preferably in an international environment and/or from auditing or Big4 consulting)
  • analyzing and improving business results and processes
  • proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude
  • strong analytical skills
  • You have excellent organizational and task prioritization skills
  • Fluent English and intermediate German (Spanish and/or French are advantageous but not requiered)
  • Willing to travel occasionally for business trips (flexible dates)
  • SAP or similar ERP experience is required
  • Strong MS Office skills
