They are looking for First Line / IT Support Specialists with German and Slovak/Czech knowledge!

Work is performed in various shifts.

IT Support Specialist (German-Slovak speaking)

Feladatok

• Handling IT error reports, inquiries, and change requests.
• Providing customer support over the phone and in writing.
• Managing, checking, and directing error tickets.
• Maintaining communication with clients and colleagues providing second-level support, monitoring service tickets.
• Regular updating and maintenance of knowledge base systems.

Elvárások

• Proficiency in the German language.
• Proficiency in Slovak or Czech languages.
• Service-oriented mindset, accuracy, and commitment.
• At least 4-6 months of experience in IT support / handling IT issues.

Nice to have:

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Relevant IT vocational training (IT apprentice, vocational school, or technical college education in the field of network technology, etc.).
• Knowledge of English and Hungarian languages is advantageous!
