Office Service Coordinator

To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office, providing exceptional support to our employees and visitors alike. This critical role requires a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily office space maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Visitor management and reception duties.
  • Mail, package handling, and courier services coordination.
  • Event planning and execution support.
  • Contract management and archiving.
  • Vendor liaison and procurement support.
  • Office supplies and fleet management.
  • Onboarding and offboarding support for employees.
  • Purchase Order (PO) support.
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

  • High school diploma; college degree preferred.
