Our international partner in the pharma industry is looking for a part-time employee to join their finance team. If you are interested in working on various finance tasks, this could be the right position for you. You will get all the support to learn new finance processes and even have the opportunity to have a range of tasks tailored to your past experiences!

Part-time Accounting Specialist


The exact range of tasks can be tailored to your previous experience, however, you can expect to work on assignments related to the below categories.

- Accounts Payable support including checking and processing invoices
- Managing and updating Vendor Master Data information
- Accounts Receivable support (bad debt reporting, contract management)
- Financial and Accounting reporting support (T&E claims, invoices, keeping contact and providing data to external accountants, ad-hoc reports)
- Other Financial tasks (closing activities, fee and tax calculations, GL clearing, accruals, etc.)


- 2-4 years of previous experience in finance, accounting, or controlling position (preferably in the commercial or FMCG field)
- experience in an international or pharma industry is a plus
- University degree (preferably in business, economics, commerce, or technology / IT)
- Fluent English knowledge
- good at planning and organizing
- good time management skills
