Our client is a Hungarian-founded company established in 1990, a market leader in the production of automotive parts in the country.

They are seeking a Personal Assistant for an executive-level position, full-time.

Personal assistant

Tasks

  • Providing personal assistance
  • Calendar management, keeping track of deadlines
  • Organizing meetings and informing relevant parties
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Document filing
  • Handling errands outside the office (a company car is provided for this purpose)

Requirements

  • Ideally 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Category B driver's license with active driving experience
  • Kind, attentive personality
  • Precision and organizational skills
