Main responsibilities:
· Supports Domain IT Project Portfolio Management processes, uses related tools and reports (from Stage Gate 0 to Stage Gate 5).
· Provides and defines Domain IT Project Portfolio related regular reports, for Project and Portfolio Reviews.
· Cooperates with other organisational units on Group level, supports the IT Project Managers in their daily job.
· Support the daily tasks of the Project Portfolio Management area, such as: supporting the demand and IPP preparation process, such as organization of approval forums, execution of quality check, preparation of meeting minutes and decision logs, administration of decisions in related tools, follow-up on offline approval collection, helping colleagues in the usage of PPM related tools, organizing new joiners’ trainings, manage PM distribution lists, handling the procurement related tasks, Creation of project budget reports
· Cooperate with other organisational units on Group level in relation to Project Portfolio Management processes.
· Support the IT community to follow the relevant procedures.
· Cooperate with other organisational units on Group level in relation to Project Portfolio Management processes, build trusted and effective relationship with partner organizations and stakeholders.
