Our multinational partner is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join their innovative and developing team in Budaörs.
-Be responsible for end to end recruitment processes
-Act as an expert advisor to line managers and HR colleagues in resourcing matters
-Proficiently use Competence Based Interview Technique and various selection tools
-Source candidates through various channels and with external partners, including agency contacts
-Coordinate Relocation activities
-Handle all related administration
-Continuously develop the recruitment process and other HR processes in order to deliver market competitive solutions to our clients
-Degree in relevant field
-Fluent and active English knowledge (other language knowledge is a benefit)
-3+ years experience within recruitment and sourcing preferably in international sourcing and recruitment as well
-Excellent communicational skills
