We are looking for a Sales Support Engineer to join their dynamic team.
- Complex support for the sales engineers and customers including, but not limited to, the preparation of quotations, and sales order processing
- Follow business processes, particularly customer and product data management within Microsoft AX system.
- Monitor and review discounts on customer accounts, ensuring accuracy in quotations.
- Participate in invoicing
- Propose effective marketing activities, coordinate campaigns, and participate in exhibitions and conferences.
- Engage in phone and email activities to connect with existing customers.
- Undertake a variety of general administration tasks, including correcting translations.
- Due to the nature of our business, you will need some experience in a similar position in the Industrial B2B market.
- They are a UK headquartered company so proficiency in English is essential as well as fluent Hungarian.
- Either technical higher education background or the equivalent experience in a technical role.
- Experience working with ERP/CRM systems.
- High level of integrity, self-motivation and reliability.
