The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is part of the regional Talent Acquisition team. To create a more mature recruitment organization and also support with roles at higher hay grades (18/19), where a senior recruiter is required. The higher level of seniority/maturity can help support with regional complexity working across cultures/geographies and also across various functions as these roles can be sourced from regional talent pools and require a more centralized approach with a higher level of customer intimacy. It also allows for career paths within an expert recruitment organization to retain recruitment expertise.
The job holder is responsible for end-to-end recruitment in the organization (posting, intake, screening, interviewing, selection). Ensure a great employee/candidate experience with one touchpoint for candidates and with clear and timely communication. Next to that you make successful use of infrastructure i.e. career site, LinkedIn recruiter seat, saved searches, use of TA dashboard to measure performance of roles. Close collaboration with talent intelligence hub on talent mapping and providing feedback on the skills/role profile.
