  • 2nd level support of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) application on which major parts of Volkswagen's logistics processes rely on
  • Monitoring
  • Service Request handling via e-mails
  • Service Request handling in ticketing tool
  • Incident ticket handling
  • Customer consultancy
  • Change Coordination and Implementation (only with appropriate experience)
  • Problem Management (only with appropriate experience)
  • On-call duty (only with appropriate experience)

  • B2 German and English language knowledge
  • IT related experience
  • IT degree or equivalent experience in IT operation
  • Experience in Linux operation 


  • Experience in EDI support field/automaton projects/process improvement
