Administrative Assistant

What your key responsibillities will be:

  • Ensuring a timely and correct distribution of mail – both internally and externally
  • Dealing with telephone inquiries
  • Working together with the common reception desk of the office building
  • Reception and guidance of guests, providing badges and all support needed
  • Ordering snacks and beverages for meetings and arranges lunch
  • Booking meeting rooms, providing entrance cards, lunch cards etc.
  • Personal assistance for leadership team, mainly for dedicated department
  • Ordering couriers, taxi, posts, DHL
  • Office material handling and distribution
  • Assisting in organizing business travels, helping employees of all SSC with the necessary administration steps before and after travel

What yiu should bring to our company:

  • 1+ years of experience in office administration, event management
  • Fluency in English
  • Stakeholder management skills, ability to multi-task
  • Strong service orientation and communication skill
  • Precise, focused, accountable way of working, high level of organizational and problem solving skills
