Application Administrator (REF3426O)
Tasks
- 2nd or 3rd level technical application support based on various technologies (like Apache Tomcat, Linux based Application Operation, scripting)
- ITIL based ticket administration and documentation
- (Incident, Problem and Change Management)
- participation in customer and vendor calls
- providing on-call support
- solving complex problems, doing Root Cause Analysis
- technical capacity planning, performance tuning, optimization related activities
- automation related scripting tasks
- knowledge sharing
Requirements
- college/university degree or equivalent certificates or work experience
- at least 2 years experience in a relevant IT field
- knowledge of Linux (including Bash scripting experience)
- experience with operating Java application servers
- fluent verbal and written communication skills in English AND German
- reliable, conscientious, open personality
- willingness to continuous learning, and working in a team
