Compliance Back Office Expert (163131)


What you'll be doing:

  • Support the global security, risk & compliance teams in document management, training management, qualification and access management as a member of the Compliance Back-Office team
  • Management and quality control of documents and records related to clients, uploading documents to document management system, provide reports on maintained documents
  • Coordinating mandatory security, risk and compliance trainings; monitoring training completion; provides training records to BT clients
  • User access management and audit related to different systems and applications
  • Develop and run regular and ad-hoc reports in Excel, create and maintain process documents
  • Home office is available in this role depending on further agreement

  • Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements is an advantage
  • Communicating effectively and efficiently while adapting to your audience and getting the message through as intended is an advantage
  • Using all data and information available to analyse and understand a situation, with the aim of supporting decisions is an advantage
  • Focusing on all aspects and details of a task and delivering your output with a high level of accuracy
Professional skills:
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills is an advantage
  • Bachelor degree and/or 2+ years relevant working experience is an advantage is an advantage
  • Work experience with process documentation and systems audits, or ISO 9001 is an advantage is an advantage
  • Work experience with document, training or access management is an advantage is an advantage
Language skills:
  • English on a fluent level
