Customer Service Coordinator

Feladatok

  • Perform order to cash business process in a customer centric way
  • Processing of standard orders/free goods orders while complying with all agreed conditions
  • Responsible for the administration of delivery notes and invoices
  • Issuing credit and debit memo to customer in case of any discrepancy
  • Managing returns and refusals from customer
  • Follow special requirements for deliveries
  • Cooperation and daily communication with Customers, Finance Department, Sales Department and 3rd Party Logistics Provider
  • Preparation of requested CS KPIs reports

Követelmények

  • Experience in a multinational environment or in a customer service related role is an advantage but recent graduates with no professional experience are also welcome
  • Strong intermediate level English skills
  • You are a customer focused team player with attention to details and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication skills and proactive mindset
  • Great problem solving skills
  • Microsoft Office skills - Excel; PowerPoint
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
