Ensure the highest standard of passenger service level is kept at all times
Resolve complex issues promptly and professionally
Handle incapacitated and reduced mobility passengers with exceptional sensitivity
Ensure full cooperation with Operational Control Centre
Verify and countersign all load sheets before presenting to the captain
Supply handling agent with all necessary instructions/ information to guarantee proper handling of EL AL flights according company procedures
Ensure full acquaintance with loading procedures for all aircraft including cargo
Ensure sufficient staff availability and performance standards of interior aircraft cleaners
